I do not know what is with the very poor reviews of this product. I received these headphones for Christmas and have not had a single problem with them yet. The only thing I wish was better was the comfort. They are not uncomfortable but less comfortable than I would have preferred. As for sound quality, it is amazing. I hook my transmitter into my XM radio, and have not had one problem with sound clarity and quality. I keep my XM downstairs and use the headphones when cleaning. I have went to the basement, and to the upstairs and still heard my radio, but it did degrade a bit but still picked it up and it was more than 20ft away. Some of these reviews I have read sound as if they never actually used the product lol. I give it 4 stars and it would have been 5 if not for the comfort issue. I highly recommend these headphones and have gifted them myself, again receiving no complaints.

This does not work as a wireless headphone. When connected to my ipod less than 2 feet away the sound is garbled and cracky. It doesn't improve no matter how you maneuver the transmitter or the headphones or how far away you are. Once in a while I could actually hear for a few seconds what the person was saying on the podcast. Most of the time it was crackling and static. The FM transmitter does work though.

The "ergonomic" design is ridiculous. It's a one-size-fits-all non-adjustable headphone with the hardest plastic on earth possible. It goes around the back of your head and is very uncomfortable, especially on the ears.
